Systems & Consulting
Your business runs on you. That is the problem.
I build the systems that take the recurring work off the owner — AI operations, the site, the pipeline — so the business does not stop when you do. I have run one alone. I know exactly which part is eating you.
Case study
BakeryAI
An AI operations system I built for a working bakery — not as a demo, but because the work had to get done and there was nobody to do it.
- The problem
- A bakery that lived or died on daily footfall, run by people already working a full production day. The marketing, the follow-up and the customer-facing work sat in a queue that never moved — not through incompetence, but because the day was already full.
- The system
- An AI operations system that handles the recurring work end to end: it prepares the customer-facing content, keeps it consistent with what the shop is actually selling that day, and puts it in front of the people nearby. The owner approves; the system does the rest.
- The result
- It drove a real in-store sale. Not impressions, not engagement — a person who walked in and bought. That is the only metric I care about, and it is the one most AI projects never reach.
Stack: Python · LLM orchestration with a human approval step · scheduled jobs on a small VPS. No enterprise software, no monthly seat licences, no vendor.
The point of BakeryAI is not the bakery. It is the proof that a small owner-run business can have an operations system doing real work, built for the cost of a system and not the cost of a department — and that a human still signs off on everything that goes out.
What I do
Three things. All of them take work off you.
AI & operations systems
We find the task that eats your week — intake, follow-up, reporting, content, ordering — and I build the system that does it, with you approving rather than executing.
Web builds
Fast, static sites that load instantly, cost nothing to run and are built to convert rather than to win a design award. This site is the example.
Business advisory
Working sessions with someone who has run a company alone through litigation, financing and French administration. Operations, pricing, and where the business is actually leaking.
How I work
No retainers you cannot leave.
-
You tell me the bottleneck
One email. What is eating your week, and what it costs you when it does not get done.
-
I scope it and quote it
A written quote with a fixed price and a fixed scope. You know what you are getting before anything starts.
-
I build it and hand it over
It runs on your infrastructure, it belongs to you, and you can fire me and keep it. That is the deal.
Tell me what is eating your week.
One email, two sentences. If I am not the right person, I will tell you and point you somewhere better. If I am, you get a written quote with a fixed price.

Quotes are written, fixed-scope and fixed-price. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainer.
